Your Majesty,

I have pretty good personal credit but I really need to get my name off of the business cards
that i have so that they can be considered business accounts. Can you help me?

Means Business

Dear MB

According to Bruce Mack or the Mack Financial Group, you already have business credit if
the cards you refer to are in the business name. You probably had to sign as a guarantor
of those loans, however. You must begin to build your business credit in the business name
alone. You can do that by getting net 30 loans from local businesses that report to Dun and
Bradstrett. That is what the Mack Group does - helps people separate their business and
personal credit. You can do it on your own, but Mack guarantees you will have at least a
specified amount of unsecured, non personally guaranteed credit in the business name if
you follow their process. It works - we used it for our company Dragon Bear.

Good luck and Good Credit

Dear CCQ,

I want to pay off my credit cards but don't know where to start - what do you suggest?

In Debt

Dear In Debt,

The best I advice I got on this was to look at your cards and figure out which one will be
easiest to bring to the 30% debt-to-limit ratio (that is when what you owe on the card is 30%
of the credit limit on that card). Work your way through your cards until all cards have the
30%
debt-to-limit ratio. Once this is done, go back now to the one that is easiest to pay off
completely and work your way through the cards once more until all are paid off. This gives
you the best positive impact on your credit score but first bringing all the cards to the
recommended
debt-to-limit ratio. Of course, you must keep up at least minimum payments
on all the cards every month to make this process work.

Good luck and Good Credit
